Your employees don’t care about your brand.

So give them a reason to.

Internal branding can be spirit-crushing.

If it isn’t mindlessly corporate, it’s vague, generic and uninspiring.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

When Azimo acquired new office space in Kraków, Poland, I worked with local staff to figure out what kind of messages would brighten up their kitchens, corridors and relaxation room.

We settled on a few key guidelines:

  • Make it local: “We’re in Poland, not Palo Alto.”

  • Make it fun: “We’re human beings, not robots.”

  • Make it real: “We love Azimo’s values, but make space for life beyond work.”

Scroll to see what we came up with. And if you’ve never eaten pierogi, get down to your local Polish supermarket. Your life will never be the same again 👇
